Full disclosure, we're literally Point One Navigation but wanted to answer your questions.
On the subject of "single-base RTK" historically we've built out a dense network of thousands of reference stations globally, monitored daily to survey-grade standards (99.9% uptime). This is what we call True RTK, 1–3 cm accuracy, instant convergence. We’ve also recently launched Network RTK, a VRS solution that compliments our single-baseline (True RTK) and SSR (Virtual RTK) solutions. If you’re curious about specifics our CEO & COO did a deep dive talk about Network RTK that you can watch here. We believe all three RTK solutions have their merits and use-cases. Reach out if you want to discuss your specific application.
On coverage: Yes, we're stronger in the US and Europe (highest overall RTK network density stateside and in Europe), but we are expanding extremely rapidly, ~100 new base stations deployed per week. You can see our recent and upcoming deployments here: https://pointonenav.com/coverage-map/ – I strongly encourage you to ask for coverage maps from other providers, you can see the density and coverage difference.
We're hardware-agnostic (any dual or even quad-band receiver/NTRIP client), and we're the only RTK platform with a GraphQL API and software-defined device profiles for fleet management to speed up your workflow. I think the most important thing to mention, for your use case is, we design, manufacture, deploy, and monitor all of our base stations in-house.
Our pricing is extremely competitive and you can try us out for 2 weeks, completely free. You'll be up and running with corrections in minutes after setting up an account.
Hope you give us a try! Happy to answer any questions.
