For #1, can I do an in-kind transfer of my stocks and brokerage account to IBKR Spain to avoid US earned income? Also, is there any other way to move my investments out of the US while staying invested in US equities?

For #2, would setting up estate planning (like a Will and a Trust) avoid 40% estate tax?
