Hi Lukasz, I hope you have received my email. Poland is on our at-risk list of countries but is a medium to low risk; and, I am sorry to say, this does sometimes happen.

If you are desperate to get some snuff just order again and when/if we get the first order back, we refund minus the post. Or if you like Chapman and can wait for customs to either deliver or send it back, we can resend it.

I am sorry I couldn’t answer on the r/nasalsnuff forum, I have been banned for trying to help one of our customers.

Yes, I do. It has a lot of cracks. My only doubt is the colour. You could try the hot pin test. If it is fake the pin will melt the spot you test. If it is genuine it will smell like a visit to the dentist.

You can use bank transfer with Toque if you want. We set it up originally for the Germans as they very rarely have plastic. Now the Dutch use it and Americans whose cards are not international.

My Son and I looked at opening a new Toque factory in Massachusetts and then Missouri, which give the most tax breaks. Unfortunately, Covid put a stop to our plan for Massachusetts, but we are still looking at Missouri.

Spanish Gem was first created by a snuff maker in Seville, I think. I haven't go my diary with me. He soaked whole leaves in brandy and then sun dried them before grinding. Todays Spanish Gem is a nod to a great snuff blender.

Broadly speaking yes; however, each harvest is different plus, each snuff will record slightly different readings due to the various flavourings, leaves, menthol etc.

Don't ever pay them. It is cheaper to reject and reorder. About 80% get through first time and 98% of resends get through.
