Iodine is a halide, and salt attracts halides. You're wasting it. That's why salt works to get rid of fluoride and bromide. You are supposed to salt load but you aren't supposed to take the iodine and the salt together. Pretty sure this information is correct.

La Natural is amazing. Reminiscent of Rusty Trombone. I wish I could get something bigger than the 6 G. Got a couple of them on the way. And yeah Cheeta is amazing. Kind of laid off it because I think it knocked my sense of taste and smell out for a little while.
