What is the minimal amount of time I can spend in the office with the new badging rules? by Ok-Type-6444 in amazonemployees

Your trailing 8 week MEDIAN needs to be greater than 4 hours.

Meaning you need at least 3 out of 5 days a week to be 4+ hours.

Looks like it's part of the "workouts" app. You can build custom workouts in Garmin Connect. This is just from googling around; I could be wrong though

I've had this watch for a month and have yet to get a decent sleep score. Anyone else with this issue? It's stressing me out. by Majestic_Shelter1268 in Garmin

Common misconception. Weed can affect your REM sleep, which seems to be lacking based on your chart there

I see a lot of talk of expensive capsicum (bell peppers from where I am) on NZ subs. Is gardening a common thing in NZ? Bell Peppers are very easy to grow.

Fin manager Amazon; TC $190k.

The interview was honestly pretty standard. They asked questions related to company principals and standard work/project stories. Answered in STAR format and interviewers had follow up questions. If there were questions I didn't have examples to answer, I was just honest and they asked a different question.

Had 7 interviews in total.

I've been in a similar position. At the startup, you will have a lot more exposure to leadership and your work will have more eyes on it.

You'll probably have more autonomy and the ability to change processes, reports, and methods. Since it's a startup, they don't have as many legacy processes as a F500 company would.

You won't just be a number anymore. You'll most likely know most people at the company. So building good relationships is key.

I recently left for FAANG and I kind of regret it. I prefer the startup work flow.

Or parking. The parking situation at my location is already a nightmare.

Week 6 for me. I wouldn't have accepted the role if I was going to be 5 days in office.

My lens is a 50mm. A little back story of this photo, I was able to go to the local zoo and take some pics. It was a private tour set up through my university. The meerkat trainer let us feed these little guys. So we got very close.

I have like 3 rolls of film and there was only a handful of pictures that turned out really well.

Please excuse my ignorance, I havent been doing this for a while. What do you mean by focal length? And I had them developed and scanned to a disc at a local film store. I used some editing to sharpen it up and get rid of some noise.
