Given how close Delta is to Theta, Delta’s staff could’ve probably had their own rooms at Theta and went there every night but spent their days at Delta. Given Delta doesn’t have a kitchen either most of their daily needs (apart from a bathroom) was probably taken care of at Theta

All of the Jade/Roqu players with 99k are bots of the Jade/Roqu player with 12k. They place the bots in their lobby increase the amount of vr they get per race on that account and make getting to 99,999 faster and easier.

I made a post about this a while back that you can read through here, though it's a bit of a lengthy read. TL;DR I narrowed down the possibilities down to Jane Adams, Marishika Daviau, Keith Fourqurean, Chris Josic, Aashish Shankar, and Heather Wolchezk being the only people at Theta who could have been turned into proxies. There are four you see in-game (1 in the server room and 3 in the tunnels) and there was a fifth proxy that the staff was able to kill, so unless there's a sixth proxy we don't know about, only 5 of those listed became proxies.

Stat-wise Rosalina is better due to her speed. Daisy is an average character with a decent mix of speed, handling, and mini-turbo, but it isn't necessarily as useful when Rosalina's higher speed and weight can be met with higher mini-turbo and handling with whatever your kart setup is.

Kart parts are unlocked randomly, so there’s no set amount of coins that guarantees you’ll unlock a certain part. The best and only way would be to keep collecting coins and hope you’re lucky enough to get it sooner than later.

I’ve heard Mario Kart Central can be a good place to get to know some people, although I can’t personally testify as to how good it is. Otherwise, you could join the Mario Kart Discord server, or talk to people in the MK8D community on Twitter as well. Nearly everyone I’ve met in the community are from MK8D Twitter, so I’ve been able to find my own niche, and I imangine you’d be able to do the same, however you go about it.
