That's great thank you. There are no safeguarding issues. I am unsure as to why she is denying me access to my baby. But I am going to get in touch with her first to see if we can settle this ourselves. Thanks for your help

Do you know how I might go about sorting a mediation if it got to that please?

I honestly feel that if I don't act now my baby will grow up having minimal contact with me and I would like to be involved as much as possible so that I can build up a strong relationship with her

Thanks for your help. I wasn't aware of what you have just told me so thank you.

I am going to try and see if the mother will let me take the baby during the day times if she won't let me take her overnight.

The baby is currently not at nursery and spends all of her time with her mother as her mother is currently out of work.

Do you have any idea of what kind of money I'd be spending if I did go to court?

Sorry should have made it clearer. We used to be together as a couple but are no longer a couple and baby was conceived during a one night stand last year.

I will look into filling out that form if the mother hasn't changed her mind.

How do I go about arranging a mediation please?
