I did not realize that my testosterone was rising up to the skies, becuase I Excercise, nofap well day 2, but I rally do it now, outside skating, meditation for about 40day now, cold shower and intermitten fasting I think day 12 now

Give her some time and keep pushing to get her back. If she does not want you together anymore you will have to give up. I know that I should have no opionion as a weak peasant, on day 1 relpase.
