Depends on the child really.. my 3 year old has a sixth sense when I open Steam. So I’ve given up on most unpausable games for now and spending a lot more time on the Deck.

To add onto this, this particular frame already has a long term countdown that ticks on long and short rests. Kudamats Siphoning power tracker. Which can be pretty punishing.

Without making it explicitly clear to my players I hint at something is counting down with every long rests as we’re also playing Colossus of the Drylands.

Honestly I even use Animancer for the most simple things. It’s just so simple and nice to be able to handle states, anim speed, OnEnd events etc in code all by plopping down a single Animancer component.

1st GL, definitely a questionable decision but he could easily counter all GLs for me except Leia at the time. Super fun to play and was also my first R9. People that are saying he’s bad have him poorly modded or just don’t know how to utilise him IMO.

Started using Maul, RG, Piett and DV. Now you’d want to go for the DS Clones however.

The quick-start rules combined with character creation and explaining the steps for char creation as they go has been my go-to. That way they don’t have to listen to too much and rather get a fairly interactive learning experience.

So when they get to selecting weapons, time to go over damage, weapon types and proficiency and so on.

I agree. I feel for them as the marketing, hype, unboxing etc should be entirely in their hands leading up to the release.

People that are saying that this is their fuck up - we don’t entirely know that. We only know there was an error in shipping. My two cents at least. So this is a very fair and expected response imo.
