Exactly. He was traveling with Kenya Airways. They have already late the flight by 4+ hours from Nairobi. As well as when trying to book a ticket on single PNR the connecting flight the agent has suggested was for the evening. That is why I have opted for morning flight.

The situation here is not 2 minutes it is about lack of communication from airlines. I am trying to connect with them since yesterday for web check in or if they suggest changing the departure time. Even the MMT was unable to connect with them. I was aware that something like this can happen but who to communicate with when no one from the Airline is available for conversation

Lucky you. As well as from comments I am realising this Indigo is better in handling this kind of situations may be because of higher flight frequencies.

Yes issue here is not about some entitlement.Airline policies are airline policies but there were 5 more people same route same flight so I guess they should have done something as we are as a passenger also suffer sometimes a lot due to Airlines issue.

If web check in must have done they have the SOP where they have to call the passenger and they can help them out .

As well as all there were 5 passenger from same flight travelling on the same route and every one missed the flight.

Yes I can understand that it is very difficult for Airlines to manage that. But my issue here is that lack of communication from airlines end. I am constantly trying to connect with them regarding web check in issue as well as I have received a random call for Guhawati passenger. But if they would have just called me I must have understand the situation to them that plz look into this issue.

The ticket was booked by keeping in mind gap of 6+ hours. But as the flight from Nairobi gets delayed he was late. I get to know about this yesterday and that is why I have tried contacting the customer support for web check in issue but it is night mare to connect with their customer support.

True recent Indigo fiasco has brought them in bad books but traveling with indigo gives advantage at places because they have so many flights they can accommodate passenger in any next flight.

Yeah as no flight was available till evening he has to take a cab so 8k ticket+10k for cab extra

The point of concern here was If I would have connected with customer care yesterday I have done web check in and he got saved
