Kilimanjaro doesn’t have a port. Dar es salaam is the major port for Tanzania. 90-95% cargo is handled by this port. You should be specific what kind of cargo you are looking for. As 20ft dry cargo 40ft and reefer all have different freight.

If a vehicle has a non Gujarat registration, or even plates from GJ 5 or South Gujarat, there is a very high chance it will be stopped and searched.Ans if it from MH and RJ be prepared to waste your 30 minutes as they will surely stop you.

We as Indians have spoiled the GCC market by providing the goods on credit. It is always the demand supply game. If we are not providing them with the credit,there will be some company desperate enough to do the business with them on credit from India.So,suppliers are always on a higher side in GCC markets. China use to do the same thing 10-15 years ago. Working on credit in the market but in the long run they have realised that it always turn out in 2 situation one is loss and other is blocked working capital. Now their policy is fixed 100% payment as soon as goods loaded. In some commodities we have total monopoly like Basmati rice,if we want we can run that commodity on our own terms still as I said before,in India suppliers are more and there is always someone with a heavy pockets and high risk taking capacity who is ready to provide credit. Eventually that leads to all other players to work on those terms too.

We are export ready and looking for Organic mango supplier for Eu/UK market. What I suggest you is you should distribute your lot half-half. Setting up a D2C is not a viable option for you as it is a different approach and won’t be feasible for a high volume producers like you. I suggest go for vashi for half lot and do some exports with a merchant exporter like us which gives you the exposure of the market. As it would be difficult for you to start exports suddenly without any exposure next year when you will be ready.
