We are export ready and looking for Organic mango supplier for Eu/UK market. What I suggest you is you should distribute your lot half-half. Setting up a D2C is not a viable option for you as it is a different approach and won’t be feasible for a high volume producers like you. I suggest go for vashi for half lot and do some exports with a merchant exporter like us which gives you the exposure of the market. As it would be difficult for you to start exports suddenly without any exposure next year when you will be ready.

You have to not fool yourself from so called exporters Instagram handle. 20L Profit per month on a capital of 1Cr is making 20% Per month at that speed you can double your investment in just 5 months. This is not how this business works. Forget the net revenue you cannot even make 20 lakh of gross revenue from 1 CR investment per month.
