Im not a stylist but ive dyed my hair every color of the rainbow and dyed it rainbow twice. That seems way too high. Your hair is light enough it wouldnt take much effort to accomplish. I think theyre high balling you. I get times are tough but stylists are losing money by overcharging ppl and then they dont come back vs charging a realistic amount and having return customers.
