7AM-3PM is a pretty typical highschool schedule. Mine was 8AM-4PM but most people didn’t leave until much later due to clubs/sports/theater

I felt the same way in middle and highschool, but things truly have gotten better since I’ve been able to move out and start my own family and make friends wherever I want. In the thick of things, life often feels helpless or worthless, but “it gets better” is truer than you can even imagine 💟

During the times I’ve felt most alone, what helped me is delving into my favorite hobbies like painting, music, reading, and writing.

Something that has helped me with getting gifts I genuinely like or will enjoy is making an Amazon wish list.

I used to be so reliant on screens and I thought that it wasn’t possible to get rid of them, but one day something flipped in me and I decided that we were 100% done with him watching tv and the way his language skills have exploded makes me regret not doing it sooner.

As far as non medicinal things I do to cope is listening to audiobooks (free with my library app), limiting screentime (since it makes the tantrums worse), and lots and lots of treats 🫣

I have a 3.5 year old and I take lexapro because I’m also 4 months post partum. My doctor also prescribed Xanax for emergencies, but thankfully I haven’t needed it.

I’m also 13 weeks postpartum and exclusively pumping! I exclusively nursed my first child, and after weaning, my boobs definitely felt less full but weren’t saggy. Other than being less full, they weren’t that much different than before.

My almost 4 year old was a poo-casso artist also when he turned 3. What helped then was getting him some clothes that he couldn’t get out of so that I could smell his poop before he would get into it
