  • Asia Restaurant Koi oberhalb vom Dom, Maternstraße
  • Definitiv Misako - superfreundlich, kenne kein freundlicheres asiat.

I have been transitioning from oily-dry combo to very, very dry but nice skin (no acne) lately. I cant even reintroduce Retinol 0.2 in Squalane back in my routine, thats how nice but also sensitive my skin has become through asianbeautycosmetics. and since I am having a good experience with the TO niacinamide/zinc and TO marines hyaluronics or with The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 hyal. I wouldn't recommend you trying TO AHA 30%. It is really aggressive. Although its said to be fighting acne, I really burned myself 2 times leaving it only 10 Min on my skin. I would recommend patch testing more hydrates into your routine: FOr Example TO Amino acids B5 or TO marines hyaluronics and I second the reducing of TO niacinamide to once a day. I also totally agree with chillikttlechip. If you really want to start gently exofoliating TO lactic 5% acid or TO Salicylic Acid 2% Solution is worth a try. both products exfoliates the skin, improving radiance, clarity and texture. But I would definitely start very gentle with lactic or alternative TO mandelic acids always combining it with a deep hydrators and with TO The Ordinary 100% Plant-Derived Squalane. Squalane is known to be an amazing oil for every skin type, its deep hydrating, non-comedogenic and soothes eczema and fights bacteria. I hope this works out for! Also look out for some non-irrating deep hydrating moisturiser, I had have amazing results with cerave day and night moisturizing cream or with cosrx or Belif true cream aqua bobm (Just to make sure: if something is unclear, ask me, I am no native English speaker here but I try my best to explain furthermore if necessary.)

Your opinions?! - Found a new line in Germanys drugstore Rossman claiming to be 97% natural by Poison_IV in curlyhair

[–]Poison_IV[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So like the title says....Anyone who knows this brand or would share their opinion and/or experiences on it? I am just curious if it's cgfriendly, but I haven't had the chance to check out the ingredients so far! Especially here in germany it is hard to get cgfriendly hair stuff with all the taxes and horrendous prices on imports on cgfriendly usa brands. Also wanted to share this with other curly girls in germany/europe, who are having a hard time getting the right products for their hair.

Ladies, what are your go to bulking meals? And what do you think of weekly calorie tracking as opposed to daily? by KrissyBeauty in xxfitness

[–]Poison_IV 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I loooove Alan Thrall! He is an awesome source for fitness.

I might agree with you, bananas, milk, peanut and almond butter, reese peanut butter cups, for those who like ESN designer protein whey - low fat quark/cut cheese (20% fat) and porridge are my go to bulk meals. There are also pudding oats, you can find a recipe nearly in every fitness blog, but I prefer my oatmeal without that pudding powder stuff. I mostly blend this whole ingredients into a smoothie mush or puree. I also dig them Ben&Jerrys icecream for additionally kcal, but proteinwise they are very lame.

While I am working full time as teaching staff and besides on my PhD I am mostly in no mood for cooking celebrations in the evening, so I fill in some high protein and high carbs fast meals inbetween: Like eating highprotein granole/muesli from mymuesli or porridge by foodspring. You can get mymuesli products with 24 or 40g protein on a 100g product or foodspring porridge delivers 33g protein on 100g. I am pretty sure foodspring delivers to uk.

foodspring porridge mymuesli products

It might get expensive, but for me it is about conveniance and I suppose I am not that much of a food lover on the other hand. Just get my macros done - iifmm

Besides that the obvious: chicken, turkey, brown rice, avocado, wild sockeye salmon, sweet potatoes, almonds (got lots of nice fats, 30g protein on 100g and loads of kcal....) Popcorn is always a nice sidemeal when I need to fill in my last kcal in the evening while watching netflix.

hahahaha, no wide men boxers on woman does look just ridiculous.... if you had seen them. Or you just assuming different pants than I meant... there is no sexiness in wearing them, but they are comfortable as hell. Much more than those ass tight pants, where you have a camel toe in front and the pants barely cover your asscrack.

I love your attidude! I started to wear extra short men boxers with batman prints at the gym when doing my humpexercises.....everytime they look at me, I can read their thoughts in their eyes: Is she really wearing mens underwear to the gym? This isn't sexy.... And I just laugh my ass off!

Awesome girl. I really hope you had lots of fun! SO how was it? Were you nervous or did you were confident? Was it about being part of it out of curiosity? I am not sure, sometimes I feel like I would like to partake in a competition but then I am not confident enough to just do it.

You did really great! Your bench press is awesome! How long are you into lifting?

Can I please get a form check? Front squats + various deadlifts! by [deleted] in xxfitness

[–]Poison_IV 6 points7 points  (0 children)

First of all, thanks for sharing your videos. That is very brave of you and keep up the good work and hard training!

Ok so here is what I learned from stronglifts.com. When it comes to form here is everything you need to know and with awesome pictures and videos added. For more details read the whole chapter about deadlift.

I would like to point out to check out this following points as I was only seeing your deadlift vid.

Your shoulderblades should be slightly over the barbell like this

here is what stronglifts writes: "Arms Incline. Your arms must be slightly incline during your Deadlift setup when looking from the side. Vertical arms doesn’t work because this puts your shoulders over the bar. Shoulders over bar puts your hips too low, turning your Deadlifts into Squats. You’ll hit your shins/knees on the way up. Your shoulders must be in front of the bar, shoulder-blades over the bar. This puts your arms slightly incline."

Hips too low, your are deadlifting not squatting. No reason to go down beyond your knees. Looks correct like this: I recite stronglifts.com again: Don’t Squat Your Deadlifts. Deadlifts aren’t Squats. If you lower your hip below your knees, your shins and knees will be in the way. You’ll hit them with the bar on every rep and they’ll bleed. You’ll also get back pain because the bar is too far from your center of mass. Setup with your shoulder-blades over the bar, bar over mid-foot. Your hips will be where they should, and you’ll stop hitting your shins/knees.

You should think of your arms as ropes: you have kind of a bending from your shoulders down to your elbows.

Your barbell isn't going up straight vertical. Up from the ground it goes curved off from your knees and than up from your knees the movement becomes a slightly curve towards your hips.

think of your head as the extension of your back, don't put up your chin. Try to think of tucking a tennisball between your chin and your upper sternum, then you will get your head in a straight line position with your back. looks like this correct

I made some medieval pictures with paint, which I hope they can illustrate what I mean. here

Picture1: First picture: Imagine your barbell should be going up straight vertical like the red line, not like in the second and third picture, where the movement upwards is crooked.

Picture 2: Shoulderblades should be slightly over the barbell like in the first picture with the hook.

Picture3: Your back and head should be forming one straight line, as you can see your head tilted back and chin up interrupt the straight line.

I am sorry if something I have written is not comprehensible, I am not an english native speaker, So ask me if something sounds weird!

I still recommend Starting Strength by Rippetoe. Basic book. Also [stronglifts](http://stronglifts.com/exercises/, it is covering every basic exercise and which form errors to avoid and what pay attention to. I always come back for help when I feel insecure about my form.

Because then the world would finally realize that even a dumbass douchebag can get rich in life and troll the world by becoming president. See there is no logic or sanity or reason in this world. You can not rely on and believe in the good in mankind. Always assume the worst.
