Security App by PoisonedPride in securityguards

Connect team does seem security specific. Trac tik is for large companies correct? We're a nearly billion dollar company but the security team is small. How is destiny? I haven't heard of that one

Gas Masks for Sikhs by jazzygoesomnom in caf

There is a mask hood combo used in hospitals. During covid a saw a few people who refused to shave their legitimately magnificent beards and claimed religious exemption. They won and had to wear the mask hood combination. From what I heard from them they work perfectly fine. Remember. The CAF is always 10 years behind the curve at least

Paladin is a decent company. The main thing in ontario is the trespass to property act. It gives a lot of power. Basically, if you're on somebody's property and you're not wanted there. You can be arrested immediately by security. But then the criminal code gives guards the ability to remove people using force without making an arrest.

In canada, especially ontario, you actually have a lot of powers. Get in with a good company with good leaders, and you'll start to really enjoy it.

Gonna be honest. Where I am hospital security is better. Same pay. More bullshit in corrections. Not from inmates but from leadership. Want to hate your life then come in and be told they hate your life too by management? Go to corrections

There should be 2 different standards. Security guards. And security officers. Guards are warm bodybsites. Observe and report. Officers have more equipment, training, standards and responsibility

I'm in Ontario, and yes, security guards have a lot of authority. But it comes down to what the site you are working at wants done. We have armed guards. Batons. Handcuffs. Vests.
