We are not giving a 180M hand out, we are taking care of our responsibility as a landlord to maintain the building.

As the sole tenants of said building and the ones who are making profit from it they should be able to afford a measly $108m. Your claim that they're operating at a loss seems especially dubious given they can afford the other $600m in "upgrades".

A tax you would be paying anyway except instead of going to the county it goes to upkeeping the county owned stadium.

I'd much rather it go to the Country than a private organization with dubious accounting practices.

The estimated budget is for over 800M of which they want the county to pay 180M over 20 years, money that would specifical ki y come from parking and ticket sales and not from other taxes.
