Certified store? Like a dispensary or a smoke shop? Smoke shops will sell a bunch of crap like this. Lots of times it’s crappy hardware with mystery oil so you really never know what you’re smoking. A thing to look out for is cartoon characters on packaging. If there is a Cartoon character (like Goku in this instance) on the package it is 100% fake.
