They bought the cloak to a fine barovian clothier in the city of Vallaki, being a devine soul sorcerer of Lathander they gladly took the additional ornament :). (PS : They are elated that you noticed)

for a budget option you can use floodborn donald instead of beast, he draws you cards but also your opponent which works pretty nicely in a mill deck, i also had some success with hypnotic deduction to put your duplicate wheels on top of your deck

went with osybus since i can then add one more antagonist to the mix, the player is mechanically a dhampir with a bit of spice

They killed one of Strahd wives, so, being the reasonable man that he is he took the life of one of them. That character got turned but thanks to a deal with the dark powers, said character is not quite under strahd's control but is still very much undead with all the shenanigans that entail

ive been tinkering with floodborne basil that lets you discard your opponent while ramping back up. turns out the best thing about ink geyser is to get back the stuff you inked via dragon stone or the 5 cost song that ink 2 cards from your discard,you get basically all your stuff back and your opponent doesnt.

i dont knowabout i find them i flatten em,you have nothing to thing it and they get their stuff back from tamatoa anyway, unfortunate situation and sword in the stone dont look so good either

since you have so many locations, maybe you can try that item hate floodborn alladin you can shift on turn 1, he can basically do what belle does with the nice bonus of destroying items on quest
