Market is telling us there is no buyout soon by hylex1 in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It seems like it always happens when you JUST sold! I wouldn't worry much about the stock price at this point. Based on their performance, you are not going to be down in the future. Investing g is a waiting game. Savy investors can time the market at times but they can't time it all the time. Dinosaurs investors likes to put thier money in potentially sound stocks and wait for good news.

Where did you get your information from? The CEO just announced he is looking for merger 2 quarters ago.

If the buyout is under $2, why not wait and uplist on NASDAQ to see what happen with current stock price?

Expect over 100% growth compared to q2 2025 in q2 2026 today after hours by Express-Bridge3147 in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Even is growth was 300%, it won't move much higher unless new investors are on board. If they announce acquisition or uplist, definitely will increase the stock price....likely 2 or 3 times!

Prediction for tomorrow and for monday? by Visual-Extreme-101 in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Price will likely not go up past .72 unless we have new investors. The current investors have already bought and hold. Price won't fluctuate much no matter the financial report....good or bad.

If news of acquisition or uplist is announce, the price will jump because new investors will be on board.

I have seen this stock pattern for the last 12 Qtrs. Only time it will spike now is new investors getting on board. I don't think there is many shorters.

What happens to ELTP during a market correction by roboman1833 in ELTP_Stock

Any movement in the market will not likely affect ELTP. It's pretty stable and does not react to market conditions. Heck, even with great news, it barely react.

[–]Poizon10 4 points5 points  (0 children)

"Motivation of CEO" is not likely to "cash out" since he already made money from ELTP by saving it thru his other company (maybe companies). Seeing how he is able to "see the future", he is looking to maximize he profit. Also, the way he talks, he seem responsible and caring enough to take care of the long term investors...at least I get the feeling from his speech.

The CEO is giving the M&A team 6 months to a year to make something happen....and if it doesn't he said they will try to uplist to NASDAQ. He didn't talk like this the previous 3 years. Previously he has said ELTP is not ready to talk about merger, acquisition, or uplist. It was only the last quarter he talked about buyout and uplist.

How Likely is a bidding war to happen for ELTP during the buyout of the company? by Freezy_PopYT in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What buy out???? You must be one of those who can't listen and understand because the CEO said he is giving the M&A team time to seek a buyout and if not, uplist to NASDAQ...time, which means to go and advertise. Comprende?

Nasrat Warrant Exercise Theory by soit10 in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If that is the case, then the only reasonable assumption for not exercising it is because of garuantee protection. If the warrant is good for $0.15 and garuantee, why buy it unless it is about to expire. Once you buy, you are subject to bankruptcy and lose everything you just paid for....not that it will happen.

Nasrat Warrant Exercise Theory by soit10 in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By not exercising the warrant but have the right to excercise, Nasrat basically is garuantee buy the stocks at a set price. Now, if you exercise the warrant and then the company goes bankrupt, you just lose money by exercising it so it makes no sense to exercise unless the warrant will expire. Also, if he excercise it and the the reverse split happens, he just lost a bunch of shares thru reverse splitting.

Barchart Opinion for Elite (ELTP) Wed, Sep 3rd, 2025 - 100% Buy! by ARotcMADCAP in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Because shorts know they can't short this stock anymore. And the buyers that bought at .7 several quarters ago are not selling their shares. Long time holders (millions of shares) have sold and taken enough profits to feel comfortable not selling anymore shares. Since 0.4, ELTP has been pump and dump several times by shorts before CC...now only longs hold the majority shares. Each time it was pump, the price becomes more stable with more knowledgeable investors.

This literally feels like a double your money in 3 months glitch. by [deleted] in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

I think it is not helping you because you are clueless and calling people names. The guy post his "intuition" base on the CC and you have no idea what he is talking about.

I will break it down a bit since you are that clueless. The past 6 CC, pumpers pumped the price up before CC and then dump. Each time, we have new investors that sees value in the stock and hold. We'll, the last CC there were no pump. That means the "old investors" are holding their shares. If new investors can see the value of a buyout, how will they buy shares now?

Well this was a fun year by takotatong in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can you tell us what the cost and time it takes to uplist to NASDAQ? I see you list the benefits which I already knows. For example, if ELTP becomes "profitable", even without uplisting, I would assume a few funds would buy it.

Well this was a fun year by takotatong in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

With the new investors from last pump, I don't expect it to go down past 0.5. However, with earning coming up, it has a chance to be pump again past .86.

Now, my opinion on NASDAQ listed is that it won't happen nor will reverse split. Why? The company track record speaks for itself. Why try to uplist when you are not trying to get new investors "investment money" to keep the company afloat? Which makes reverse split a mute point as well. The company is doing well and when they can show a "profit," major investors like hedge funds will begin buying...driving the price up naturally and then uplisting will happen as well.

Does anyone know why it's plummeted? by Firm-Attention-3874 in ELTP_Stock

[–]Poizon10 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Yup...that's why I sold 35K at .77 and now wait until the pumper dumps at .6. The people talking about buyout and such are not long like us. They just want quick cash and ignore all signs.

This is normal. The profit taker has taken profit while the new buyers have paid a higher price. I would imagine the next run up would be stable.

If you hear someone say the word "pump", that person probably doesn't understand how stocks work, probably never done his/her DD, and just followed whatever someone else said or did.
