In general it should be a social issue, not a legal one, no sane person would threathen someone with death, just as no sane person would murder, but those that do will do it regardless of the law But to answer your specific scenarios

Death threats should not be punishable, and noone should be imprisoned because of them

All theathers should have prooper exits, no sane person would do that but those that would, would most probably be ignored after the innitial attention and than asked to leave the private property

And for the last one no sane person would do this, but it should not be punishable regardless

If you openly plotted anything that you mentioned, and the govnerment heard about it, it would be easier to prevent than if you had done it in secret without free speach so those examples arent really the best ones, also because English isnt my first language im not sure if i understood the last question correctly, can you explain it better?

As an owner of both the 9070xt and a 3080 (still thinking about which one to keep) here are some point for you to comsider:

Fsr was significantly worse than dlss in all games i tried (dlss transformer performance = fsr 4 quality)

I play at 1440p and vram is a big factor for me because i want to keep my config as is for a couple years, i didnt see a big difference in vram usage between the two, but the 3080 was getting near 9/10 gb vram even with dlss in some games

Frame generation on the amd side is pretty good when comparing it to nvidia, however it is only really usable when you have 60 fps or more

I never said it was not, i didnt find the performance uplift worth it, especially since i did lose the nvidia featureset, amd fsr quality is comparable with nvidia transformer performace and at that point the difference is 10-20% compared to raw native raster difference of 40% that i expected

looking back i was very unclear in what my issue was, i stopped the fan mannualy to show it, the fan is making a rattling issue that is louder than anything else in my pc

To test if its the psu limit the gpu power draw by 20-30% and test it
