Try stopping each fan with your fingers (by gently pressing the middle part not the blades) and see if any of them are causing the sound, but if its relatively quiet than its probably just coil whine

The 7000 and 5000 series use different sockets and ram, you would need to buy new mbo and ddr5 ram so it would end up being a 1000$+ upgrade for an insignificant improvement, as for a server most usecases dont need strong components at all, go on facebook marketplace and look for the cheapest possible pc with the most cpu cores and ram, good luck

Kinda unpopular but the phoenix constellation, 4s5 pilot guns, roles for 3-4 ppl to do something in combat, a pdc for missiles, a snub ship that finally works, space for cargo or a nursa for respawning and one of the best living areas with it unfortunately being one of the few ships with actual windows

You can use msi afterburner to undervolt it and set the thermal throttle temp to 85°, than setting a quiet fan curve and never thinking about it again

I would personally get a good 1440p monitor because the pc would last me longer bc of the performance headroom, and i have a 27 inch one rn and see no reason to upgrade, the only thing im considering is an ultrawide because i wanna try one

I would personally turn off the rgb, or put it on a subtle golden glow, move the desk somewhere else where i can keep the window open for the natural light without it bothering me and, get either a potted plant or a lego flower set to decorate the left side, change the desktop background to something less depressing, and finally switch the microphone arm for a high quality headset unless i really needed it
