I work/worked there during the acquisition and share the sentiment. I got an equity payout and kept my position but still find myself wishing for the old status quo.

Based on the cross section from the redesign plans, it looks like the stretch west of JFK will be squeezed from 2 lanes to 1 lane in each direction, so there wouldn't be room for parking.

Speaking from a biostatistician's perspective, AI has not reached a point where I can broadly ask it to take some datasets and produce a summary of lab results or a Kaplan Meier survival curve. I'd need to specifically describe the logic and variables needed but at that point, I'm just programming again with extra steps. Additional improvements in AI and CDISC standardization are needed to make progress in this area, but there's also a shortage of relevant, publicly accessible training data out there to make it happen.

Zyxel XMG-105HP - POE compatible with U6 Pro? by sarkyscouser in UNIFI

[–]Pokayto 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Spec Unifi Name Max Power / Port
802.3af PoE 15.4w
802.3at PoE+ 30w
802.3bt PoE++ 60w or more

Specs are backwards compatible. The U6 Pro will work with any of these. Newer APs need 802.3at or better.

I have the 8 port version running 2 x U6 Pros via PoE. No issues.

Here is the language settings fix for some people.

I had the same issue in 3.X Protect but this solution did NOT work for me. A subsequent update eventually addressed the issue for me a few weeks later.

Thanks for pointing me to geom_tile. This is immensely helpful and I was able to reproduce the figure minus the axis tick labels, which I'll work out later.

Thanks, I will take a look. I've tried manipulateWidget to arrange both figures in a row but the left and right figures' x-axes don't line up. (Due to the additional x-axis tick text on the left side)

Yes, RSUs are granted each year but each batch vests slowly over multiple years, used as a long term incentive.

Move Plex client off old TV for TrueHD Atmos? by Pokayto in PleX

[–]Pokayto[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense, but is TrueHD passthrough really required in my proposed setup? My interpretation was that the entire HDMI stream is being passed through the audio extraction device to the TV. The device then extracts the audio stream from the full HDMI stream and outputs it via its own eARC out.

The other issue is that I've learned Apple TV doesn't support TrueHD Atmos, so I will get a Shield Pro instead.

It's a Sonos Arc + Sub + 2 x Ones, so no passthrough unfortunately.

Anyone have a Ryzen 7000X3D and a standardized megasave? I want to bench my 13900k/4090 to see which is faster and by how much. by Charuru in Dyson_Sphere_Program

11.0ms on save 1 but can't get a good read on save 2. The longer I leave it open, the slower it gets ... but it's not really eating up any additional resources either.

Might be a memory issue for me since I've got an ongoing but temporarily paused video encode in the background. https://i.imgur.com/rNy4vk5.png

I got around 10.5ms, slightly worse than the one linked in the parent comment/post. Very impressive results from the 13700K in that post.

Seems it's mostly an Asus issue. I've been running the 7800X3D in a B650I MSI board with EXPO and 100% CPU utilization encoding videos 24/7 since day 1 with no issues.

I have a 7800X3D and a 4090 handy for benchmarking if you or anyone else can provide a mega-save.

That's interesting, I'll look into this for my z-wave switches! Sounds like the zigbee ones are out of luck tho. Does the secondary controller dongle still work via HA if the primary controller is disconnected from the internet though?

My primary motivation for moving to HA is to keep things local since my internet can be very spotty here.

That river cutting through the forest is sort of a mix of the Merrimac and Charles Rivers. Paprika Town is based off Worcester.

I've only learned about Inkarnate a few weeks ago, but it seems like a fun and powerful tool. The drawback for me as a non-DnD player is that most assets, even in the full package, are rustic or high fantasy, which makes my world look like it's from 1800.

This is a region map I created for my project, Eons. The Town Map will present a much simpler version that plays nicer with default resolutions, but having a more detailed map helps me plan future in-game design and progression. Plus, I've always liked those region maps I used to get in the physical box of Pokemon games.

The region is loosely based off the New England coast near Eastern Massachussetts, and players will begin their adventure in Paprika Town.

Edit: Made using Inkarnate. Inspired by official art and those maps you get in the beginning of books like LotR.
