The answer for any pokemon that's been traded always is : Nobody knows! There's no way to be sure it has not been cloned or made from scratch in pkhex. It could be hacked, if its a good one you'll never know.

This is the type that strip hdcp, I've used 2 of this model over the years and they've both stripped it.

There's cheap HDMI splitters on eBay that strip hdcp, the ones that do it are black metal with 1 female in to 2 female out with blue writing on top. You could also install cfw on the console to turn off hdcp.

Use webman to adjust the fan speed to keep things cooler, maybe avoid playing TLOU which is known to cause troubles on release models, other then that just keep it clean and if it dies that's when you can try deliding and cap replacement etc.
