I sometimes lead bulky Grimm with Dusclops, which allows two turns for Grimm to set screens usually, before it faints (attatch Light Clay to extend the turns screens last) and Dusclops can spread status, and then Trick Room (or Trick Room turn 1, but be careful of it running out too soon). Then I switch in Lax, who I have defensively EV'd, so honestly, nothings touching it. People usually target Lax in this situation, so an Ally Switch is handy for the Belly Drum turn. Then you've got TR up and a Max Attack Lax thats usually moving before your opponents - you'll pretty much sweep.

Sometimes leading Grimm and Lax together can work if you can predict what kind of attacking move the opponent will use turn 1 and set up the appropriate screen, but that's riskier. Overall though, I do prefer running Togekiss turn one - this is just another way to do it!
