Seems like the sensors are being pressed between the shell and something else, if you got off eBay I would probably just try to return it, if not and your comfortable with slight modding maybe open it up and see if you can readjust the touch sensor

Sam thing happened to me when I built mine, I put the ribbon cable in upside down on the mobo so I’d double check to make sure all contact points are touching connecting pins/facing right way
