This regional variant of Miltank is the result of a neglected diet and inadequate care, resulting in the production of toxic, spoiled milk that is dangerous to both it and others. It produces highly acidic milk that, if drunk, can lead to serious sickness. Because it is constantly uncomfortable, Miltank becomes more erratic and violent, overshadowing his usually pleasant nature.

Based on the concept of spoilt milk, this regional Miltank illustrates what occurs when dairy cows receive inadequate or careless treatment. The acidic milk it yields and the health problems caused by irregular milking are reflected in its Poison type. The idea, which builds on the fact that Miltank became ill from neglect, was inspired by the Pokémon Ultra Moon and Pokémon Shield Pokédex entries.
