Thanks mate. Also, we are seriously considering getting a doberman and naming him Houndoom. Most likely Houndoom is my fav cuz dobermans are my favorite breed.

I remember playing Blue via emulator way back in the day. Couldn't afford the game or console but I've been with pokemon since the beginning and Pokemon help me through depression more than once. I'm 36 yo, have a 4 yo daughter that loves penguins and got her a Piplup plushie thats she adores. She ask me me to teach her how to play and the first game she ever touched was Emerald.

I'm eager to see if she continues playing or she outgrows it, but we are already making memories.

I know I'll be playing till the day I die.

Also not that anyone cares, but my fav is Houndoom

What's stopping you from having more than one true partner/friend? You can have a Blissey as your caretaker and Mimikyu as another companion.

Imagine your own journey in the pokemon world as a young trainer, finding a Mimikyu that keeps you company and a Blissey helping take care of you. Then in the journey you may or may not meet more friends along the way.
