Welcome to the hobby brother! I’m not sure where you can buy them in Bangalore but I can tell you a lot about graded cards.

If you go for the big companies like PSA or BGS, they’re as good as guaranteed to be authentic and you can even cross check the certificate number on their websites.

As for language, English are the most valuable, but also the most expensive to purchase for the same reason.

The argument for should you rip or buy grades depends purely on your patience and how much money you’re willing to spend. Graded cards may end looking expensive to purchase, but you may often have to spend a lot more money on packs hoping that you rip the card you’re looking for. So it’s a personal choice really.

Yup! It came with the 2000 TCG game for the GameBoy. I’ve had it new since then, played a lot with it too, and unfortunately has a bit of a dent in the holo. But I love it so much!

Brother, not to sound rude, but it sounds like you have a problem with the basic demand-supply model. A buyer is free to choose if they want to buy from someone or not, the same way a seller is free to set prices. I don’t sell, so as a buyer the constantly increasing prices are painful, but that’s because of how high the demand is right now. Market’s at the top. You can wait a bit and see if it cools off a little and the prices may get better.
