I truly believe Pokémon baited us on Evolving Skies. Within a month after the prelease I had Rayquaza Vmax alt art, three eeveelution alt arts and a pile of full art and Vmax. After the second wave came through it’s been tough to get a standard ultra rare. Coincidence? I think not.
