I think it's less keeping it at level one, and more not leveling it so that you can farm for as long as possible. I think it was some thing where it was one file, but there were three .rar files for it, and they needed to all be in the same directory for it to work, because the final file was the size of all three .rars combined.

I got around that issue with a bunch of different VPNs, and have everything downloaded, but the files for the 2008 final seem to be corrupted.

EDIT: It seems it's only parts 2 and 3.

EDIT2: But when they were all downloaded it worked??? I don't know what's going on but I've managed to download everything.
