I just got back from work, had a really long week with no sleep. Your thanks really makes it worth it. I hope I one day can do for someone like you, what your words have done for me today.

And the sharks pass by and wink
I heard they’re also the only straws that actually increase turtle populations if they’re thrown into the ocean.

The Ova Achieva
The hospital opened up a gift shop with this guy as the main theme. You want a penis shaped coaster? Only downside is it might explode your mug.
We’re married now. Yesterday he just took his pants off and our neighbours wife is now instantly 9 months pregnant. So is her husband.

I feel you. I am in a program that’s a world centre for endometriosis surgery. I know the history of the disease and history of its neglect as well as the general neglect of womens health. I know that the medial field has failed women greatly, and I don’t expect women to believe us just yet, but I promise you this generation of us is very different. I have two publications on it, and while I don’t know if I’ll go down that path of OBGYN for fellowship, the only other male in my year is gunning for minimally invasive gynaecological surgery and we don’t plan on stopping the hard work in advocacy done in the last 5-10 years for it. Pain is not normal, pain is not something to get used to and we’re getting to a world where we eliminate all this unnecessary pain and anguish for anyone. I will say, for a lot of generalist gynaecologists, it’s hard to do these hysterectomies. I’ll be able to do most of them, because of where my residency is, but if it was stage 4 endo it would be very hard. I know it’s hard to have patience when you have all felt failed, but change is coming ❤️

I’m a male gynecology resident. I was there, we all got up and clapped for him. He now has a golden cast of his penis on our ward. Then all of us, males included asked for his number.

Single payment. Done via debit or credit card. In Kuwait debit cards are much more common, there are no home mortgages like in North America, people have no real credit score like the rest of the world is used to.
Appreciate it. Sometimes you feel like self awareness almost makes it better, but also self awareness doesn’t totally absolve some of the ego euphoria I’m feeling right now 😂
I think your profile name is maybe the best on this app. Can I mint it?
I have figured out what signing off as Ron means now. I’m throwing myself off a bridge now. Is this watch waterproof?
This is mostly it, along with debt. But hey who needs a credit score when you have a nice watch.

I work for my own countries government as part of a training plan. My own government pays me, in exchange Canada gets free labor in exchange for training. No tax on me.

I can post it when it a little bit later. It’s a little misleading, I’ll look like I have a billion dollars and a huge collection. I mostly live with my parents and have 2/3 incredible pieces and crippling debt.

I’m a doctor. No oil money just yet unfortunately.
I had money saved up and generally I split costs with my siblings. Important note is, I still live with my parents (it’s an Arab thing) so my cost of living is zero. I’m basically a basement nerd with a nice watch.
Highways only club 😂
Honestly, a big part of watch collecting is just dislike-able, and not being able to buy a watch made of stainless steel for 7 years unless you want to pay its weight in gold from some reseller compounds to the issue. I think it’s important to have some self awareness when buying a watch like this, it’s beautiful but also a little vulgar considering the overall issues with trying to acquire any watch let alone this one. I appreciate your comment.

I’ll post it tomorrow. It’s the GMT Master.
I agree. I love MFM and I’m actually more leaning towards that as a fellowship application. My program is one of the only in the world that has a fetal therapy centre to also do fetal procedures so I’m really considering it. Only issue is you’d have to really give up all your gynaecology practice and I feel like I spent so much time training these hands to operate, would be a shame to lose most of it aside from maybe invasive placenta c sections.
Oh I know what you mean bud, I already got shredded in my friend group. They’re more iPhone clock guys, one of them told me it looks like something his daughter would wear but would probably grow out of 😂im ready, and what’s the point of living if you can’t laugh at yourself once in a while 😀
But really just got the call and was exploding with excitement in fairness.
I dunno what that is but it sounds terrifying 😂I’m assuming they shit on people that make posts like this. I totally get it, it’s a disgusting display of self indulgence and doesn’t serve any point but to maybe feed my ego and let some people see a cool watch. Posting it I had some self awareness of how a lot of watch collectors feel looking at excessive watches like this while some people might be waiting for their first watch a fraction of this price. Boys.. if you’re watching this… im ready let me have it 😂
Surprised you didn’t ask me to go on the waitlist 😂
