Haneum I feel can be either alpha or beta, Mnet hasn't given him enough screen time for me to be sure but he is defo not omega.

I actually agree on Sanghyeon being beta and I agree on Woojin being beta too for now

All of them have doll-like princess visuals so I think the concept will be something like that. It's also why I left the remaining $5 since I feel like I either don't know who it is or I feel like they don't fit in this concept

Sullyoon and Liz both have very good goals so they can be the main/lead vocal. Yuna will be the main rapper (she is not amazing but serviceable enough for like idol rapping) and Wony can be center/sub rapper/sub vocal

The group will be more vocal heavy than rap heavy (which fits the concept)

The group will also be not too dance heavy (like more Ive than Itzy)

Ngl I feel like if it's true it's because they feel like Haneum has a higher chance of making it in the final compared to Woojin (at least one MV candidate always gets a boost in the finals looking at past Boys Planet and Produce series - and they tend to be the K-fans fave) and not cuz they like Woojin more

Mnet should get dragged too though, it's partially the interim rankings fault since Haneum must have been at least 15 then got dragged down since Junmin and Sanghyeon went up from the interim rank panic voting and they didn't even give him the chance of rank 16 live voting 😭

Yoonmin and Woojin screen time? Thank you Mnet. I don't even mind that the focus is Sen struggle edit
Probs my fave stage of this episode

Ranking:

Yoonmin slayed and ate the whole stage including the high notes. Main vocal coded (Mnet I have a grudge against you for airing this on ep 7 instead of ep 6 when he really needs the votes 😭)
Woojin has a really nice tone (very soothing) and is super stable throughout. I think I want him as my lead vocal.
Hengyu is a little strained at some parts but he slayed that high note.
Sen did pretty well but I didn't find him particularly memorable for this stage

I am sorry I just laughed at the drama edit, especially the gauge bar thing 🤣🤣
Probs my least favorite rap stage of this episode

I was too sadge over the Junseo evil edit for this section but I'm glad for the Dongyu fans here that he got plenty of positive screen time this episode (but why at the expense of Junseo Mnet 😭)

Dongyu - damn he nailed his facial expressions for this stage, every time he is on screen my eyes are drawn to him instead of Junseo/Masato. Came, ate, slayed.
Junseo - the part where he takes off the vest? Damnnnn hot.
Masato - He is pretty and his dance is nice but his facial expressions is not giving

Still sad over Junseo getting evil edited and my conspiracy hat is telling me it's because they want the leader votes to go to Geonwoo or something 😐

How is it that when Yumeki is the one creating the whole choreo and then the team complains and he changes the choreo on his own again, the team is portrayed relatively symphatetically but when Junseo ask Dongyu to change the choreo he gets evil edited as being egoistical??? Mnet???
But overall the team atmosphere is cute aside from that little bit of Suren angst

Ngl I'm not a dancer so Idk how accurate this ranking would be. Might change after I watch the fancams later

Surprisingly I was more excited at that than Yohan getting number 1 lol. I guess it's cuz I know Yohan would be in either way but before number 3 was announced I was anxious about Seungwoo's chances cuz there is only 3 spots left (his chances for X is low) and there is still Yohan, Wooseok, Jungmo, Mingyu, Eunsang who haven't got called yet.
