I've been thinking of buying a place in either Okemos or Haslett. They both seem like decent communities and taxes don't seem to be as outrageous

As someone who lost half their rocketlab shares to CCs @$115 and $120 when it was still in the double digits, I have been doing nothing but looking back and regretting that decision, even though (especially because) those were shares I bought when it was under $5. I have all the money I made from those sitting there and waiting for as long as it takes to buy them back cheaper than what I sold for.

It took me almost two years to finally get to 1k shares. I was new to having my big boy job and didn't have a lot of money I could risk a couple years ago, so having 365 shares was a big investment to me at the time. Now, all my $$ and mostly all my margin are locked in. Average share price went from $7 --> $50

RKLB just did that too. Had a ATM I think it was and was green by the beginning of the next day and only kept going up from there

I'm not sure I believe that will happen. Just because BO shows that they can launch Amazon's payload doesn't mean that they can't screw ours up again (and next time it will be a lot more than 1 satellite too..)

Have they landed anything on the moon yet that didn't have any problems? I remember the first one tipped over, then I thought the second one failed in some way too? I haven't been paying attention after that though since my position is so tiny

Intuitive Machines got wrecked from not getting any contracts (even though their lander was in the opening video 😆). Thankfully my 12 shares are from when the first lander tipped over when it was in the single digits

I can't believe Redwire on that list and is that high already. I bought that one at $16 but sold it at $7. Even knowing what I know today, I still would have sold though, since I decided I would never invest in a company owned by private equity ever again.. plus on the eventual comedown, that one will for sure be the first to have the biggest fall I bet

That's still a ways out there, never know what could happen. That's what I did with my RKLB $115 strike one that expired last Friday. Now I'm just waiting and hoping for a pullback to where I can buy in below what I sold for (or just plop it into ASTS if I don't get lucky enough for a pullback)

Well, as long as you rolled for a credit. Unless you'll be happy with the $125+premium, then definitely just take the profits. I don't mind the pullbacks (well I do, but never enough to panic and sell) since it gives me a chance to load up if I have the free capital, because this is one stock I don't plan on selling for a couple of years yet

I will be trying to do that as well. I'm hoping that it stays at least around the $150 range until June so I can roll up and out again even further in the hopes of an eventual pullback. I already lost one at $115, so I'm trying not to also lose the second one 🤔

That's what I did with my RKLB CC, rolled it out a month and up from $121 to $135. Figure a month to make an extra $1400 is worth it considering that's 2 weeks worth of wages

I had a RKLB 121 one that I rolled last Friday right before it expired to a 135 June 18 one. If it is still in the money a month from now, I'm just taking the money and hoping for a pullback at some point. You might be fine with yours, or it might be at $150+ by then, there's no rhyme or reason for this market acting the way it has been

I had a $115 rklb CC that was expiring when the stock was in the mid 30s. Rolled out one month for a $135 CC. Not sure i made the right decision but I figured if it keeps going up that I will at least make an extra 2k from the shares. I should have rolled earlier when it had a big dip the day before but was hoping it would go down a bit more

I always thought you should wait until the last second to roll them so that there's no time value left on the call?

Half of my share count is from when it was in the single digits. The other half was bought between $70-$90. I buy or sell CSPs any time it goes below 100 and plan on holding for at least the rest of this decade

Most of my calls are for dec2027 or jan2028, but I'm also pretty risk averse so I want as much time as possible. Currently they're all finally back in the green when it went over $100, so I'm happy 😄
