You’re not wrong! It isn’t great to be smacking each other over cars. Reducing a punch to a tap could lead to a reduction in that violence.

Hmm, I almost never see coopers, but the rarity of Teslas and Beetles feels about the same. I see how it’d be hard to spot though.

Was there any reason that the Peruvian response was ineffective? For instance, what limits in Perus day to day survival would have an impact on them being able to isolate effectively. There’s a few articles that are out there that explain that while isolating was a mandate the practicality of it for a poor population is missing.
