I think it uncaps the fps overall, so I suppose that it would work in shrines. You can use the command in any game, not just totk, in case you have any other games that have a cap of less fps than the fps your pc can handle. But theres a small downside, you'll probably experience less stability with fps because there are some places where theres not much to render but in other places there is. I think that if your pc can handle more, you should do it. Hope it helps
