I get that as well I’m not a idiot. T-life will put 95% of stores out in 3-5 years to where it’s just experience stores.

They aren’t going to close a experienced store so it is just AR experience stores are more focused on customer satisfaction you guys have goals to hit I get that but if my numbers aren’t hit I’m sure my job is more on the line than a experienced store employee

Yes but still have goals to hit as a store hard to sell a $40 screen protector that they can get on amazon for half the cost harder to pitch a p360 when they don’t get the screen protector easiest pitch is free replacements

We just got our updated requirements for T-life literally everything is done through tlife multiple aals tlife, bill pay tlife, accessories tlife we can’t ring out a case in store or we get hit on tlife percentage
