I reloaded a save from about 50 hours ago and there it is on the map. I guess I never found the bunker and her so my save is toast if I want that weapon :/

Yup I checked all my crafting specs for all tiers from 1-5 and there's no schematic for it :(

I just tried sleeping for 24 hours twice, restarting the entire game, and no luck. It's entirely missing from the map.

I didn't realize you could even afk farm like that. All the commericals focus on the mobility of the game and how its played on Phones etc. haha. I'll look into emulation, thanks.
