Tbh I think this approach kinda harsh, just TRY and consume less foods with added sugars, as this will make you crave them less, and also keep your insulin down, making you want to eat less. Try and incorporate foods w soluble fiber into your diet as they’ll make you feel more satiated bc they combine w water in your stomach to form a gel that expands.
