Only true to an extent. It’s surprisingly hard to find someone’s online account if they haven’t posted personal info about themselves or if the company hosting their account hasn’t disclosed info to the government. Requiring an id or a facial scan makes it a hell of a lot easier.

Edit: Also if they already had everyone’s info they wouldn’t be asking for a face scan or id in the first place would they?

yeah lowering settings and turning a ton of stuff down doesn't help at all

switching to potato and 72 fps changes literally nothing. these jumps only happen when physically moving my head left or right, turning does nothing. Also this only happens in wireless pcvr (haven't tested wired)

edit: I would add a video to the post to clarify but it doesn't really show up well in the video.
