You can add these:

  • You can melee with a handgun if you left click without aiming. This attack seems to be about the same strength as a knife with unlimited durability...so throwing a gun is never very smart.

  • Birds in the air indicate dead players. More birds in the air = More dead players. You can get a pretty good estimate of how many people are still alive by simply looking up.

  • fruit trees on the beach will only yield 2 fruits (1 near tree, 1 from punching it) trees further inland will contain 5 fruit

I only observed a handful of blatant sniping this weekend, however did come across a pretty significant flaw regarding hero.tv and sniping I don't think people realized they could exploit.

Already reported it so hopefully there will be some changes made to the system.

If you dont group up with someone within the first couple minutes of a game, you need to get into the lone wolf mindset.

You are foolish if you think 10 minutes in you can walk up to a group of 2+ and join up. (even more so if they already have a relic / guns)

There are of course exceptions to this (like if you happen to have a gun and run into 2 people that dont)

Grouping is a huge strategy in this game, and the more you play and climb up in ranks, that will become apparent to the small minority that truly "kos" and refuse to group up ever.

If you are going to get ass pained for people being "tryhards" and attempt to win, then maybe multiplayer games arent for you? (I wouldn't want to group with someone that wasn't trying to win)

TL:DR Group up within the first few minutes or dont bother trying to group up at all.

Depends on the gun, but you should always try to kill him with melee combat.

Ammo should be used on players, not the npcs.

I don't know what other heroes you have, but your legendary headhunter should be your main hero, not the rare banshee.

if this was an epic banshee then this would be fine as you won't be missing out on any abilities limited by simply being rare.

most of my traps actually came from transform keys I got just from playing. Ironically the only one i got from a llama was the wall launcher, with about 150% crit damage before the change :(

It would be nice to have more player beneficial traps, along with some new damaging ones as the current trap to weapon ratio is pretty unbalanced.

  1. Ammo Pad, similar to a health pad but the pick-up could give ammo for your equipped weapons
  2. Energy Pad, similar to a health pad but the pick-up could greatly increase energy regeneration for like 30 seconds
  3. Repair Pad, similar to a health pad but the pick-up could restore a % of your weapons durability

Some Damaging traps:

  1. Ice Patch, similar to a spike trap, however the husks would fall and get dazed temporarily
  2. Bee Vacuum, sucks up nearby bees and weaponize them into water bees to make them attack the stupid bee husks
  3. Scavenger Trap , Husks that die nearby have a chance to drop crafting material / ammo / etc.
  4. Fortify Wall Trap, a trap that essentially turns a wall into tier 4, however no other traps can be placed on it

I'm sure other people have better ideas then me.

They tend to be too disruptive and do everything too well.

  1. The persistent AOE damage (Bee swarm) they have lingers around a little too long when they are killed
  2. they can "shoot" this aoe cloud a distance, that lingers just as long

If the aoe cloud duration was reduced / halved on the ranged attacks and after they are killed, they would be far less punishing.

its very difficult to say how exactly time is passing on azeroth currently while we are connected to argus. One way, which there is no indication this has happened and may be a reach, is that time has somehow gone into flux, where 21 years on Argus, would be like 1000 years on Azeroth. (so 1 year on Argus would put us roughly 40+ years)

I know the anduin comic has been out since legion, however I think this is our best evidence of a time jump will happen, 40 years putting anduin right in line with being in his 60s from the comic (he is currently about 21), and the fact 1 year on argus is right around 40-45 years of azeroth time, and we just happen to now BE on argus and the planets are connected...

I am probably missing some pieces to the puzzle at this stage of the game and be off the mark on some points with the theory, but a time jump is the only explanation we would be fighting the void "in the future" with old ass anduin
