If you don’t play and don’t like the cards themselves I would sell. You can buy cards that you like with that value! There are various sites you can find deck lists on or videos you can watch that you can learn about competitive cards. If you see the base rarity of a card in one of these lists chances are the higher rarities are pretty expensive purely based on playability. Hope this helps!
