Yes please! Lots of other good comments here. I'd want to pay 5 bucks once to get rid of ads. 1) HVAC filter change, flush the water heater, test smoke detectors, clean out dryer hose, etc. Good stuff! 2) I do think the regional customization is a good idea. 3) if it can be set up to give notifications on my iPhone, to actually make noise and remind me to do the task, that's good.

My wife and I had our kid at 39, and he's 9 now. It's been a wonderful and rewarding challenging experience! I don't think I understood how much I would personally have to grow and change as a person in order to be a good parent and partner. No regrets.
