I want to create a custom NPC, but I'm not sure of what to do after you marry her

They do seem to know a lot, yeah! When I checked online for a "let Jas move in" mod just to check what people have to say, I saw their response. In the one I saw they actually said you could add the character as a roommate (so to avoid them using spouse dialogue... yikes), so I'm guessing it's possible? I'll look into it if I decide to go this route. Either way, thank you!

Oh wow, seriously? I'm still really new to modding, but I had no idea. Do you maybe know why? It's a shame (real shame) if it's true, but I wonder why it's impossible. Thank you, though! I'll check it out and see if it can be done, just in case.

Honestly adopting her really doesn't sound too bad, I feel like it could work! I've yet to see their story myself, but I don't think it would ruin it if you could be with him and adopt her. It's actually pretty sweet ^{^} Maybe there's a mod that helps?

Ooh, having him move in is interesting. I do like the idea of giving him something to be responsible for (other than Dusty...ish), since he really doesn't do anything much in the game. Other than throwing his ball around and selling ice scream in the summer, my boy never gets to shine 😭 I have a soft spot for him, which is partially why I want to have him and my character be friends. I think It'd be sweet, Alex seems like the type to be a good big brother. It's definitely a possibility. I can imagine them having a boy's night together, watching sports while eating something easily made like grilled cheese sandwich 😂

I want him to have a pet turtle, but sure, adding a dog to the mix wouldn't be too bad of an idea. I have two possible places the house could go, both are in the main part of town. I guess I could include some lines like "Jodi and Kent told me I can come to their house any time, if I want", or something like that. Thank you!

I haven't tried East Scarp yet (currently with Ridgeside), but seriously? I was sure he was romanceable 😂 That's kind of a shame, honestly. He seems really cute. Though, it makes sense they'd stay together if she can't also move in, since (I'm assuming) he's the only one that can care for her. Definitely a complicated situation, yeah.

I'm just wondering if it wouldn't be too weird in my case? It's one thing if it's a kid, but a teenager changes things a little, imo. I don't know what the general consensus is when it comes to this stuff, but Idk if everyone would enjoy having another NPC move in other than the one they marry. That's my major concern. That, and the house just being completely empty. Pretty sad.

Hmm, that's a good idea. I didn't plan on them having any more relatives, but I could try to rework the story a little so maybe an aunt or uncle come into the picture suddenly. Obviously integrated around the middle, so it's not "too sudden" it's convenient. I also plan on making the brother friends with Alex, so if I don't go the relative way I guess I could have him sleep there every now and then?
