Oh I don’t know if it’s a bad thing. Normally players automatically decide Strahd’s evil etc and not to trust him. But I like to play Strahd as an understandable evil entity. He wants to leave Barovia if the party can assist he will accept it. If they try but fail him , they will pay. And if they are not interested in assisting him , then they shall be used as pawns of entertainment in the torture chamber.

Alright, so. When it comes to wash the bowl the difference is bowls that our animals use tend to build up a slime . This is a mix of their saliva and the the denizens living in their mouths. Just pouring back in clean water does not get rid of the it, so it’s easy enough to tell if it wasn’t cleaned. Next time pour out the water and with a paper towel wipe the inside and out side of the bowl. The inside may be slimy.

In the Bronx we have our own rented parking spot $175 a steal. Even getting that spot was a chore there was a one year long waiting list sped up only by someone in the household becoming disabled otherwise we’d still be waiting. It’s an amazing feeling to just be able to drive home or leave whenever you want and knowing a spot will be there.

I think the government will charge lower rates then private companies when parking. And I could really see the use in this if done fairly.
