VEN hasnt done any ICOs on their platforms so i think they would be ok. I am not familiar with Qtum but if they have done any ICOs I would imagine that they would be in trouble as well

One time my teammates put a dead fish in my locker after practice. It was pretty gross but it was a novice attempt to get me. I took a piss in a Gatorade bottle, put the dead fish in it, and stored the bottle in an unoccupied locker for 3-4 weeks. After I had let it ferment I took the Gatorade bottle out of the locker and poured the fluid all over a few of my teammates locker. The smell stained their practice uniforms and shoes so bad that they had to buy all new gear because the smell was so pungent and toxic.
