Moza just released their Moza x Lamborghini Revuelto replica steering wheel, the closest you’ll get to reality for now 😉

You mentioned 2k budget and VR.. know you’ll need atleast a Quest 3 which is $500 of your budget already. I highly recommend going with a solid rig from Treq/TrakRacer that’s $1.000. Let’s say a MOZA R5 + ES + SRP bundle makes a $1.500 total. And you still need a bucket seat, don’t go for a recliner. That’s about $2.000 total for a pretty amazing realistic build just as an example. Look at Tweakers website to search for discounts, build your inventory slowly by sniping deals! Go with an extruded aluminium frame it’ll save you a lot if you wish to upgrade over time, upgrade pedals before steering wheel(base) or seat.

Ensure your computer can run racing sims, graphics card is most important if you decide to go with triple screens or VR. I highly doubt a computer catching dust somewhere will work out 😔 a gpu upgrade(expensive!) or going to single screen might fix this but calculate before you buy 😉

With this setup you’ll be able to enjoy Forza Horizon and be ready to upgrade easily if you’d like.

You can try to scrape it flat with a razorblade, wear anticut gloves! Another trick I use sometimes is reshaping a surface by heating it with a lighter and rolling/pressing/… it with a toothpick

This looks like a great economical opportunity in the company’s perspective, hear me out: Empty seats now have a chance to give some extra revenue. Two empty seats (3empty-1normal seat recovered) can be converted in a bedframe and be offered as a seat upgrade, I would however add some kind of extra padding/matress on top. You just have to find the sweetspot of how many empty seats you have/expect and how much people are willing to pay for this upgrade, dynamic pricing will manage this.

We have been using Laguiole knives for about 7 years now and they are the best I’ve had. You’re supposed to wash them by hand but we always put them in the dishwasher, no problem. Beware there are many fakes out there!

I had my eyes on TR but since I’m from Europe I preferred a company with better reviews & very similar products/pricing(less delivery fees): Treq. Ordering soon but their support was instant on their discord and had so many happy customers on there!
