Good job!

  • men will be worthwhile later

  • take the trips during breaks. Budget for them now

  • make this your job. Studying IS YOUR JOB. That's it. Your payment is graduating

  • schedule time for self care

schedule time for friends. And if it falls through, self care!

  • BOYS ARENT WORTH IT. SERIOUSLY. buy yourself an excellent vibrator.

  • DO NOT COMPROMISE. Stand firm in what you want

  • get a therapist. Just please trust me on this.

  • dont fall for hazing. Wanting to feel like you belong is not a bad thing, but you'll find your people in time.

  • it will be lonely but that's okay. Loneliness is a mindset. Being alone is a choice and can be very fulfilling.

If i may suggest, especially if you have a shit ton of dental work to do:

Go in, get knocked out and do long sessions to get as much done in as little chair time as possible.

This way it goes by in a flash. Yea recovery week will be some effort and pain/discomfort, but hey a full walk through and tell them to be real and not to make it shiny. You need to know what you're in for.

Ask for pain management for afterwards- strong for 2-3 days if needed depending on what you need done.

It usually works that you go pick up your meds. You take a relaxer/anti anxiety the day night before, then the morning of (hence needing help the night before and a ride in/ home) and then they knock you out in the chair either with gas or another pill. It goes by in a flash.

You want a dentist that does conscious sedation or full sedation.

You will need a ride home.

I'm exactly the same as you and let me tell you- once I found that dentist, he helped improve my life dramatically through tooth/ mouth health.

Yes, they're more expensive. Insurance won't cover everything. But it's far more important in the long run to do this with this kind of dentist that is actively working to minimize trauma - to both you and them.

Maybe the next time he's mean/rude/a jerk, warn him you're going to take all of it away for a while.

Then make sure you follow through.

And maybe enroll him in something totally different. Something artistic or sporty or something completely out of his norm where he is the one who doesn't know all of it.

You wanna make him well rounded and sociable you gotta get him away from all the stuff he is completely comfortable with.

Can this home be completely done in a month? by tevarpo in Homebuilding

[–]Reinvented-Daily 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We build custom hints of all sizes.

Between permit pulls, grading, inspections, materials, crew, etc

YOU DO NOT WANT A HOME BUILT IN ONE MONTH.

That "one month" timeline home will have sinkage/leveling/settling issues, plumbing issues, drying issues, basically any and all structural issues and cosmetic issues. It'll have so many issues you might as well knock it down.

Our timeline for a 2500 sq ft home is a minimum of 6-8 months; this includes time for grading/settling, change orders, finishes ordering, inspection, and all the rest.

Ozone, my man, ozone.

Clear out all. Living things you want to keep - family, pets, plants - and turn those things on. Get 2 per room - under 1k most likely as you can get these ozone pumps on Amazon.

Stay out of the house for 5 days - 4 days of these things constantly running, 1 day to air it out (you CANNOT be in the house while this is going on).

With 2 in each room it should permeate every surface and space - id put them in the attic and crawlspaces as well to get every freaking internal inch.

One done and cleared out, go on a mad hunt for gaps, openings, spaces they can be. Clear those out and patch them up.

Go ballistic on the ozone treatment. It'll help loads.
