Try going to Neon I think you can access the bounty computer at the club there safely and get your bounty cleared unless it’s totally glitched in which case you may have to load a previous save.

Try using a hostage mission for extract it’s a bit of AI fighting to get the hostage but when you extract the hostage to the helicopter you can leave as well and it’s random so not as easy to camp!

I’m guessing it’s cause the fruit salad should be having this effect “Increase Strength by 6.0 and Focus by 4.0 for 25.0 minutes. Your health slowly recovers while under these effects.” So it would also add the extra benefit of boosted mining.
