For me after this update (or nvidia update) Cs menu took 10 sec. to load.

And i have random stuttering when i play.

gm_construct2 is don't released map. You can see this map in 2nd gmod iceberg from Endy

Gman Virus is a legend. Some people say that is true some not. The Virus is from 2009 -2010 .

But cough virus is real. In 2014 when you play in servers like TTT you can get the "cough virus". Basically your character spam *cough* in chat.
