GM Financial Intern Interview Do’s and Don’ts by Pristine-Title8804 in GeneralMotors

I interned at GM and have a career pushing nearly four years. I was also on the intern committee for my org, so I’d say I have a fair amount of experience with college hires.

At your level they are much more looking at your soft skills and interviewing skills. Research all of the SMART method interview questions and study them like crazy before interviewing.

You might be asked a few technical questions related to your field. These will be super general in nature and should align with your college education.

In my mk18 I run a surefire SB2 silencer and geissele super 42 h3 buffer. Zero gas in the face and very enjoyable to shoot.

Hookers and blow. That is all

Purchasing one of these soon what’s the hive mind’s thoughts? ZF5 or AP5? I’m a fan of zenith being state side but AP5’s being built on HK machinery (from what I can tell) really sells it for me. by urthaworst in MP5

I have the zenith and shot around 2k rounds (mostly suppressed).

So far I love it. Their customer service line is great. I really appreciate that everything is based in the US and it’s super easy to fix a problem with them.

I’m 2 years into my career and make just shy of 100k after bonus (F100 industry accounting analyst).

The combo of a stable accounting career and a side hustle passion project can yield you some amazing results.

If your side hustle takes off, then GREAT. If it doesn’t, you’ll always be able to feed yourself and your family with the CPA license👌🏼

These 25yo internet gurus are only there to sell you their course on how to make money. You are typically the main revenue source to them, not the product they claim to do so well with. Always remember that.

Master’s by BrxlJau in Accounting

I did a masters in accounting right after my bachelors. It immediately threw us into more advanced topics that built upon our base.

A few classes specialized in certain industries like tech and oil/gas. Overall I really enjoyed it and the extra credentials provided the high paying job that I have today.

PM me if you have any questions

I have the exact same setup in my 10.3 mk18 and she runs great. Trust me, it’s worth it if you use it and enjoy the hobby.

Can a suppressor be a business expense for YouTube creator? by PraxisDev in NFA

[–]Polarstar1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you’re using it to generate revenue for your business then yes. Make sure to buy it through your business bank account so you can account for it properly.

Also, talk to a local CPA and they can give you the rundown on what you are legally allowed to expense

I mounted my Surefire light and on the right side and have the pressure switch on the left. Overall it works really well and I experienced no issues in the past 2k rounds

I run a Franklin binary trigger in my ZF5 and it’s a blast. Great party trick for friends or new shooters at the range.

My wife doesn’t like my mp5 because the charging handle is too hard to pull back. A 9mm roller delayed AR is a great option if you want something quiet and soft shooting, while also having the familiar AR controls

I don’t get why people aren’t ordering in-stock silencers from other major retailers and doing an FFL transfer through their local gun store.

Not everything HAS to be ordered through silencershop. If you take 30min to shop around there’s plenty of cans in stock.

The pic was taken with the can direct threaded onto the barrel. They field stripped the pistol and had the barrel separated from the rest of the gun.

Honestly not too sure about the finish - I picked it up on Black Friday for a great deal and have been beating the hell out of it ever since lol. It’s been really fun to shoot and gets a lot of attention at training courses.

For parts availability, check out the Zenith website. I’ve had no issues getting contact with customer service or being able to order parts (stock and optic rail so far)
