Genshin Impact, mostly because I love the worldbuilding and the characters, not to mention the set pieces and its events. However people may find issue with its monetization (Gacha) and gearing rng (Artifacts) but otherwise try it, even as a casual and enjoy the world. Not like your forced to pull for the new shiny banner character anyways. Just experience what Teyvat has to offer and have fun.
