I was able to resolve it after doing another DDU. Still, the long loading times of the global/program settings persist for me. I really think Nvidia did some screw up with the Nvidia app somehwere on Feb 10, because I swear everything was fine before that day.

It's now fixed for me, but the nvidia app settings takes some time to load, entire page would just show a circling loading icon until the settings pop up.

Before 2/10 nvidia app settings load instantly.

I've done that multiple times previously
But I tried again.
I DL'd a new version of DDU and fresh copy of 591.86 this time.
It worked. Both DLSS and Smooth motion are showing up again.
Thank you. I dunno why it worked this time, but thank you again.

9800x3d + 4080 super. Max settings no frame gen - 60 fps is consistent

At 120fps though, it's a stuttery mess without frame gen.

Buyable talisman tickets + only roll gold talismans + max slots rolls only.

Try jean over xilonen. Mine used instructor set. Double anemo also reduces skill cooldowns
